1	What is esukan.gg ? esukan.gg is an initiative under the purview of the Ministry of Youth & Sports to create, organize and manage competitions for gamers via computer, mobile or console games. esukan.gg empowers eSports experiences and is a platform to help gamers find tournaments to participate in.
2	Does it cost anything to sign up to esukan.gg? Signing up to esukan.gg is 100% free.
3	Are my registration details fully protected? Yes, your registration details are fully protected under the Privacy Data Protection Act, 2010, Malaysia.
4	How do I register as Player? Step 1: Click on Sign Up free button (Player) Step 2: Fill in the required details and click 'Sign Up Now' to proceed Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to you. Click 'confirm email' for email verification Step 4: After your email has been verified, proceed to login to esukan.gg
5	I haven't received the verification email yet, what should I do? Please send an email to [email protected] and the issue will be rectified.
6	How will my account be verified? Your account will be verified by your NRIC (National Registration Identity Card Number or IC)

Step 1: Click on Sign Up free button (Event Organizer) Step 2: Fill in the required details and click 'Sign Up Now' to proceed Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to you. 8	How I can add my team members to form a squad? Tournament must be active with ALL team members fulfilling the following criteria: Registered member of the esukan.gg Copy of the National Identity Card (NRIC) uploaded and verified Mobile phone number is verified

Tournament must be active with ALL team members fulfilling the following criteria: Registered member of the esukan.gg Copy of the National Identity Card (NRIC) uploaded and verified Mobile phone number is verified Step 1: Login to the website and click 'Tournament' Step 2: Choose the game that you are interested in joining by clicking on the game icon Step 3: Click 'Join Tournament' button to fill in your team information (successful email verification) and click submit Step 4: Waiting for Event Organizer approval Step 5: Approval or rejection on squad formation and tournament joining will be displayed in the Notification Section of User Profile
9	Who will approve the request of team members? Approval of team members will be handled by the Event Organizer.
10	Can I change the team name? No, you are not allowed to change team name once it is registered.
11	Can I join more than 1 team? No, you are not allowed to join more than 1 team for each tournament. However, you and your team may participate in different tournaments at one time.
12	Where can I see Tournament rules? Each tournament rules is displayed under 'Rules' of Tournament Page.
13	Who is eligible to register for esukan.gg? Any Malaysian national is eligible to register.
14	Who is eligible to join a tournament? A Malaysian resident who is aged 14 years old and above is eligible to join a tournament.
15	Can I delete my account and create a new account to re-join the same team? No, you are not able to delete your account and create a new account as each account is linked by your NRIC.
16	I have signed up for a tournament, but I no longer wish to play. Can I delete my account? You can withdraw from the tournament by contacting our customer service at [email protected]. Should you wish to deregister or delete your user account in esukan.gg, you may contact our customer service at [email protected] for further assistance.
17	I forgot/lost my password Please click on the 'Forgot Password' button to reset your password.
18	What happen if I am banned? If you are banned, you will not be able to continue in the tournament.
19	What should I do if I have a technical problem? If you encounter game issue during the tournament, you may contact event organizer. However, for the Site or Service issue you may contact our customer service at [email protected].
20	Why is my application for an esukan.gg account denied/ rejected? A copy of NRIC/IC is not attached with the application The number on the NRIC/IC is not clear All 12 digits of the NRIC/IC is not visible Only the Photo section of the NRIC /IC is submitted Reflection of camera flash on NRIC/IC obstructs the visibility of the NRIC number NRIC is damaged Quality of the NRIC image is poor NRIC/IC keyed in does not tally with NRIC/IC uploaded
